A quick challenge to start me off..
So figuring that starting a 100 day count down with the idea that “i want to be 20lbs lighter by August” isn’t really gonna help me just now.
So why not go for a week i thought. One Week. Seven Days. 168 hours. Can’t be that hard right?!
The one problem? I go back to University tomorrow after the Christmas break and im in catered accomodation (ie. i get a banquet twice a day to eat all i want) and theres alot of drinking involved.
But I figured that if I’m really careful about what I eat … I’ll allow myself the alcohol when we go out Monday night. (but stick to the lower calorie options and dance my ass off!!)
I’m going to try and hit the gym but it’d most definately gonna be a hectic week so we’ll see. I’m going to try and do lunch time gym sessions and I do fitness training with my Ultimate Frisbee team so I’ll be keeping active as much as possible!!
So here goes …. 7 days. this time next sunday I’ll have a result. I’ll have either passed or failed.
I’m gonna try and blog each day if I get time!
and when i’ve mastered 7 days.. then I’ll go for 14.
