How often would be a good amount to do as a start to running? .. ok thats put badly..

My treadmill came today!! Its HUGE! didnt quite expect it to be so big.. but that’s okay
I’ve had a couple of nice comments over the past few days “have you lost weight?” which i hardly have.. but its so nice for people to think i have
I feel abit better than i did the other day.
I’m gonna get back to my eating habits which i had whilst i lost most of my weight
Breakfast: 1 piece wholemeal toast + 1 scrambled egg
Lunch: Carrots and oranges (I might turn orange soon!)
Dinner: some nice home cooking done by my mother… portion control needed big time!!
I dont snack much but i drink lots of tea and coffee, (with sweetener)
And lots of exercise.
Keep going buddies.. we’re gettin there slowly..

I’ve found myself slipping up MUCH more than i should be.. back into my old ways and i can practically SEE the lbs creeping back on. I’m starting to get scared and i can’t stop myself.. NO SELF CONTROL. Which i need.. big time!
Time to re-assess i feel……

How the scales gone down a few lbs :D:D … but i phyically FEEL bigger.. and looking in the mirror i look bigger.. and my clothes are tighter.. but i dont feel in any way bloated.

I’ve been trying REALLY hard to stick to not snacking and not eating crap! and hey .. i’m doin it!
I’m not doing very well on the exercise front.. but at the mo im just concentrating on the food side.
I need to start training .. more and more and more.. i’ve got some big tournament comin up for my sport (Ultimate.. anyone heard of it?) and its a big deal .. it’ll determine weather i get into the UK team for World Champs in canada this summer.

i had three hours of nothingness today. And hell i’m kickin myself now.. because i didnt do a thing. i sat. and did nothing.
ooooooooh dear.
and my next few days are packing (including being packed with going into town, out for lunch’s and dinners.. and it may be rather tough i feel.
Whats the best low fat/cal coffee from starbucks? anyone know? coz im gonna get orderin it

Make a list of every damn reason you want to do this. EVERY SINGLE ONE you can think of.
Make a list of who you inspire to be.. who do you know who lost LOADS of weight and kept it off (if you look on this website theres hundreds of people to inspire to be..)
Then make a list of HOW you’re gonna do it.
Read these lists every morning.
Hell.. make copies and stick them everywhere especially near the fridge
Get rid of all the junk food in your house. Temptation is the hardest thing to fight especially when you dont have any will power.
Leave you’re running shoes/swim suit somewhere easily accessable.
Treat yourself when you do well. (not with chocolate.. but with a manicure or a night out)
Set simple, achieveable, small goals.. one step at a time now..
Hang the perfect THIN outfit that you can’t yet fit into on your bedroom door and think how GORGEOUS you’ll look in it, try it on once a week.. and watch yourself get closer and closer.. and when you fit into it.. GO OUT AND SHOW IT OFF!
If you slip up, dont let youself go. Its not what you do when you trip up, its what you do STRAIGHT afterwards.. do you give up for the night? or do you think that ANOTHER cookie will mean that you WILL gain, not that you MIGHT through your trip up.
Dont ban yourself.. the forbidden fruit is much more desirable.
After time, when you’ve lost abit.. remember how that piece of cake could effectively start a binge and ruin all the hard work..
remember girls.. we can all do this. and when you need help. we’re all here to give you it
we can all do it. and hell .. we will.. you just watch us..

HALF WAY TO MY FIRST MINI GOAL.
yeah so 5lbs lost so far isnt amazing. but i feel im getting somewhere finally.
i’ve been trying all week to get this last lb off to get to 160. and its gone :D:D
finally the hard work seems to pay off
and someone asked me if i’d lost weight yesterday.
and i have!

..the past two days have been a binge-fest. NOT COOL!
well anyway. as of tomorrow is the 40 days of lent.. and i thought if i could lose 2lbs a week .. inc what i’ve already lost .. i’ll have lost a stone by easter
im giving up chocolate, fruit juice, squash (the drink), and im gonna do MORE exercise.
one of my very wealthy friends has just had a pool and gym built at their house.. so im gonna make the effort to go down there if i can.. and do my work out dvd’s more.
I know i can do this.
My boyfriend (who means the world to me right now.. and who has always said that he doesnt think i need to lose weight (being kind..) ..) has said that he’d be PROUD of me if i lost a stone by easter.
and thats enough to spur me on for the next week or two
keep it up guys, we can ALL do it.
never mind other people.. lets make OURSELVES proud.
