Advice please? :)

“The Special K Diet” (a bowl of cereal for 2 meals a day and a balanced 3rd for two weeks)… im on it. half way thru almost.. and i appear to be GAINING WEIGHT. i LOOK fatter. i FEEL fatter.

 and i go on holiday with alot of very skinny pals of mine in a week and 2 days. HELP!!!

 Should i stick to it and assume that the “drop a jeans size” will actually happen?? or should i quit it now and have a week of just average healthy eating (and probably lose nothing anyway)

I dont normally look for a quick fix.. but I am here.

Many people i know HAVE lost weight on the specialK. but i dont want to be fatter than when i started :(

I feel so crap today. just horrible and FAT.

3 week bikini body challenge anyone??

I’ve been absent from here for a while now .. and I fell off the track abit.. but I think i needed that time to remind myself that if i don’t work hard.. i dont get anywhere! I go on holiday with my girlfriends in 3 weeks time.. (2 weeks on monday) and i have NOT got a bikini bod (all the girls im going with are all averagely a US size 2 (i think thats right) well they’re VERY thin anyway! and all gorgeous! So its time for a kick start into a bikini boddyyyy!

 So I set myself a challenge.        

  • 3 weeks
  • hard work
  • RESULTS!

I recon I can do alot in three weeks.. so im looking for some buddys to keep in strong contact with for this period and longer.. full of quick fix ideas would be good too!

Im going for:   

  • 1 week on NoS (www.nos.com)
  • then the 2 weeks on the Special K diet (the cereal one :D)
  • Cardio 6 days a week
  • Strength training 6 days a week.

abit better today :)

Pre-Breakfast: 20 minute run 

Breakfast: half a pink grapefruit + Special K “creamy berry crunch” cereal + semi skim milk

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomato, peppers etc..)

Dinner: Chicken Casserole w/  potato and carrots         Yoghurt and Apple  with one chunk dark chocolate.

Supper: “Options” Hot Chocolate (40kcal)

lost sight :(

the past two weeks have been hectic for me… hense lack of posts. I’ve put myself in a right mess over that time and i daren’t even weigh myself :( Im talking BLOCKs of chocolate and junk crap. its unbelieable.

I’ve been really good today.. then tonight i wasnt hungry (parents out so making food for myself) but i thuoght i’d better eat something… so i made scrambled egg on toast. I then ate the left over pudding from sunday dinner yesterday.. then 8 squares of chocolate… then a cereal bar. and now im sat here with a lowcal hotchocolate. :| IM IN SUCH A MESS.

what am i doing :(

im abit lost right now.

and its my birthday a week today.. and then im going to a ball in two weeks and i need to get a dress.

plus exams.

 plus everything else.

help :(
