Day 4 of 1week blitz

Food was good today… resisted alot of temptation!

spent the day trogging round town shopping so i didnt get exercise in but i think all the walking must count for something!!

Whilst shopping for jeans i just looked so FAT in everything. really depressing.. but it’s spurred me on!!

I think being on the contraceptive pills making my weight loss alot harder. normally when Im good for a few days i can feel abit of difference… this time i just feel bigger all the time!!

Day 2 + 3 of 1week blitz :))

Didnt get on here yesterday so heres 2 days entrys : )

Day2: Fab day :D Went for a run in the morning (not very far but still)
                  Brunch: Soup and 2 pieces of toast with low fat spread yoghurt and apple
                  Dinner: Beans on toast (2 pieces of unbuttered toast)
                  Snacks: banana + orange
 :D

Day 3 (todayyyy!)
              Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast w/ butter. + orange
              Lunch: BADDDD bacon and cheese baguette .. oops…
              Dinner: not sure yet… but our new cookers coming today so maybe something exciting! but im basically gonna     go easy on dinner because of my awful lunch :P 

Anyway im now gonna go and do either 45mins of aerobics or go for a run… i think due to the freeeeeeeezing weather the areobics wins! 

i’ve started recording tv programmes i really wanna water (normally about an hour long) and then watching them whist doing aerobics… im not allowed to stop jumpin till the programme finishes! :D

Day 1 of 1week Blitz. :)

Good Evening :))

Exercise: I did about 45mins of areobics this morning as it was raining so i didn’t fancy a run outside.
Food: Brunch - Soup and 2 pieces of toast.
           Snack - Yoghurt and Apple
           Dinner - 3 small slices of thin crust pizza with LOADS of salad.  Yoghurt.

A good day :)

Half Term Blitz.

1 week off school. 1 week where EVERY DAY i should be able to do exercise. HARD exercise. I saw pictures of me in a fancy dress outfit from friday night and i looked like a whale (even though i was dressed as a pirate!) it’s awful. I feel so unattractive at the moment. I’m on the pill and whether thats adding to my weight gain at the moment i don’t know, but I’m gonna fight it for everything it’s got. Im gonna do some form of hardcore exercise every day. I’m gonna eat right and I’m gonna drink lots more water. Today is a trial run of how im gonna eat right whilst stuck at home all day then going out for dinner at my grandma’s house. I’ve set my rules for dinner later. (Small portion of meat. 1 roast potatoe and LOADS of veggies… try and stuff on veggies so I won’t want dessert.. or if i do, i’ll hav a small portion of the healthiest option) :))

I’ve got my mock driving test today so i hope i “Pass” so im not so stressed for the real thing!!

Anyway I’m gonna blog every day during my week of blitzing. and im gonna succeed on a kick start to a massive loss! yayyyy :D

the harder times.

One of my friends got killed by being hit by a van last night. I’m feeling so oblivious to everything right now. I hit the pavement and ran 10km to take out some of my anger.

Exercise has so many uses.

Made me think that life is so short. He was 17. I’m 17. I think it’s time for change.

Last night

Shared a pizza between three and had a side salad,
didnt have dessert but had a small slice of the birthday cake
and didn’t drink     (well.. i had a tiny tiny glass of southern comfort but only one!)

anyway thats SOOOO good for me :)

well chuffed.

and i got my aerobics in yesterday. :)

I’ll either run or do areobics today… then im going swimming later :)

my one night challenge

I tried on my own, it didn’t work. Im back to you lot because I know how good this site is for helping me on my mission!
My weight has yo-yo’ed since i started on this site forever ago, and now its time for another big push.

I’ve decided that tonight, as im going out for a meal for an 18th birthday party, im going to start on a MISSION to blitz 7lbs for christmas. which is 10wks today.

7LBS … thats nothing!!  

 so tonight my rules are:

  • NO BOOZE
  • Share small pizza, OR pasta dish with no garlic bread        both WITH a side order salad or veg.
  • Share dessert  or  just Coffee instead.

I decided that if i can do one night… i can do lots more.

ONE NIGHT!!
