Half Term Blitz.
1 week off school. 1 week where EVERY DAY i should be able to do exercise. HARD exercise. I saw pictures of me in a fancy dress outfit from friday night and i looked like a whale (even though i was dressed as a pirate!) it’s awful. I feel so unattractive at the moment. I’m on the pill and whether thats adding to my weight gain at the moment i don’t know, but I’m gonna fight it for everything it’s got. Im gonna do some form of hardcore exercise every day. I’m gonna eat right and I’m gonna drink lots more water. Today is a trial run of how im gonna eat right whilst stuck at home all day then going out for dinner at my grandma’s house. I’ve set my rules for dinner later. (Small portion of meat. 1 roast potatoe and LOADS of veggies… try and stuff on veggies so I won’t want dessert.. or if i do, i’ll hav a small portion of the healthiest option) :))
I’ve got my mock driving test today so i hope i “Pass” so im not so stressed for the real thing!!
Anyway I’m gonna blog every day during my week of blitzing. and im gonna succeed on a kick start to a massive loss! yayyyy
