Not looking forward to this weekend. Massive challenge :(
Friday night (tonight) : babysitting. in a house FULL of chocolate!! I will not eat anything. when i have the urge to eat something i will jump around and do 10minutes of exercise.
Saturday night: Girlie night for an 18th Birthday. LOTS of alcohol and chinese food. I will heavily moderate the amount of chinese i eat. if possible i will avoid it all together. I might eat before i go so that i can drink the calories without eating the fat.
Sunday: My grandparents Golden Wedding Anniversary Party. I get to see all my cousins but the outfit i’ve chosen to buy - the top is fine. but the trousers are too tight. WAY too tight.
THEREFORE. if i slip this weekend. I will make the whole thing 10 times worse!!
