Not looking forward to this weekend. Massive challenge :(

Friday night (tonight) : babysitting. in a house FULL of chocolate!! I will not eat anything. when i have the urge to eat something i will jump around and do 10minutes of exercise.

Saturday night: Girlie night for an 18th Birthday. LOTS of alcohol and chinese food. I will heavily moderate the amount of chinese i eat. if possible i will avoid it all together. I might eat before i go so that i can drink the calories without eating the fat.

Sunday: My grandparents Golden Wedding Anniversary Party. I get to see all my cousins but the outfit i’ve chosen to buy - the top is fine. but the trousers are too tight. WAY too tight.

THEREFORE. if i slip this weekend. I will make the whole thing 10 times worse!!

Here i go…. (tonights the easiest one!!)

Monday

Nothing too exciting to report today. I’ve had a pretty normal day. Slipped up by trying some flap-jack type stuff in my food class today.. but thats all :)

Didn’t get my exercise in .. but im at guides tonight so i’m gonna do some running round with them no doubt. I hope it isnt tonight that we’re doing the christmas cakes……

Failed my driving test! But anyway a strange thing happened today…

(Driving test was lame. re-booked for about 3 weeks time!)  aaaaaaaanyway. I was out last night at a bonfire party.. fireworks etc. it was really nice! Had a few too many drinks but all my mixers were diet ;) but after staying at my friends house last night i got up this morning (early because she was off to London for the weekend) i got home about 8.30am and went to go for a shower… however i put on foot into the shower.. and then thought “actually why dont I do some aerobics before my shower and before breakfast?” DON’T KNOW WHERE THAT CAME FROM! but i went and did 30mins aeobics infront of the tv :) THEN had my shower and cereal for breakfast. Im now about to have some lunch (Ham/Salad sandwich and low fat crisps.. “chips” to you americans + a banana) then im off shopping (lots of walking!) to get an outfit for my Grandparents Golden Wedding anniversary party and a birthday pressie for one of my friends :)

 Then im off to have a hair cut.

Struggling to fight today :( No loss after my 1week blitz. + driving test tomorrow!!

I’m not doing well today (or yesterday)
Yesterday - last night to be specific -  involved alot of chocolate biscuits and a binge. This was disasterous because today was my weigh in day after my 1 week blitz where i worked SO HARD, I work out every day and ate no crap all of the half term  holiday. but because of last night I DIDN’T LOSE ANYTHING. not one thing :( Maybe its because (sorry to be graphic) i hadn’t passed out any of the food i ate yesterday  at that point.  But then my day just got worse…!!

Porridge for breakfast.
Ham Sandwich for lunch with an apple and a satsuma. (yum!)            so far so good….  
Then i had a cookery lesson which ended in me eating loads of sweet pastry biscuits. yes. SWEET PASTRYNOT GOOD!!!!!  
Im at work now (at my local library) and im just feeling crap. well i say im feeling crap. im feeling FAT.

im wearing all new clothes today which i was really proud of. they’re slim and lovely. But i feel so lumpy in them. The jeans are now digging in and the tight fitting cardigan is bulging over my stomach.

 SO WHATS THE PLAN??

well when i get home from work tonight (7.45pm) im going to skip dinner and instead get my work out gear on a jump around infront of the tv for as long as i possibly can. At which point im gonna have lots of water and maybe some fruit or something to keep me going till morning.

When i have my driving test.   ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

my instructor is picking me up at 7.15am so i’ve gotta be up early and Im really worried about failing!! 

Anyway I hope you’ve all had a better day than me!!

Day 6 and 7 of 1 week blitz… ALMOST THERE!

Day 6:  This wasnt too great.. didnt eat perfectly.. and didn’t get any extra aerobic exercise in. poor effort tbh.

Day 7. TODAY. well I woke up this morning and had some scrambled eggs (2 eggs) and a piece of toast with low fat spread and a cuppa tea. Then I did an hour DVD work out (Pump It Up) so im feelin gooooooood. Yesterday i bought some new jeans and they’re a little tight. I want them to fit perfectly over the next couple of weeks.

Tuesday is weigh in day. I’ll wait till then to tell you if exercising every day and eating well has helped me.

On reflection of this week I think hard work needs persistance. Keeping going is HARD! but after years of dieting this week has shown me that with MAKING time to work out and just making sensisble concious choices a healthier lifestyle is achievable with will power.

Im gonna try and not slack with my exercise habits next week and keep strong with my eating habits.

Christmas isn’t far away.. and im determined to look hot when i see my relatives.

Tonight is roast dinner night. Im gonna have 1 roast potato (well half of one as thats how they’re served) and lots of veggies with little or no gravy. and im gonna have a yoghurt instead of pudding. Bring on tuesday and my weigh in!!

Day 5

Long Run :)

Reasaonable with food intakes.

Abit too much curry in the evening.
