3/40 a little waver but no chocolate sweets etc eaten!

I just refused.

a DELICIOUS chocolate roularde and lemon cheesecake.

wayyy! first challenge COMPLETE.

I did have a couple of canape’s but stopped myself. :)

Day 2/40 :)

Successful. however i had a MASSIVE appetite today.. can anyone think of a reason why that might be? :\

Breakfast: shreddies + banana
Lunch: Small pasta, tomato sauce + banana
Snacks: 2 apples
Dinner: Kiev, jacket potato and lots of veg. little bit of cheese with 5 crackers.

not too bad. but im still abit hungry! whats wrong with me today?!

Day 1/40 complete!

Breakfast: Wholegrain Cereal w/ Milk
Lunch: low cal BLT sandwich, water
Dinner: stir fried veg with ham, apple, raspberry yoghurt.

Snacks: 2 crackers, 30kcal hot chocolate.

 :)

Im allowing myself Hot Chocolate (v. low cal stuff) as my one sweet treat :)

i also had 90mins of frisbee training so thats cool :)

Starting weight : 160  - however thats after eating loads last night.. we’ll see how things go :)

40 days and 40 nights… here we go!

LENT. i always give up chocolate. this year i’m taking it one step further.

 40 days without junk food. this includes:

chocolate. sweets. cakes. biscuits - anything sugary basically. im gonna see how much this helps me on my journey. last year after a week i just stopped caring for sugary foods. no cravings at all … so here we go!

 I’m gonna also promise to blog every day with a summary of my day :)

Im happy at the moment. :)

ahhh sh*t.

last night i got really angry after an argument with my mum… and then i ate loads. and loads. and loads. my first real binge in a really really long time. and afterwards i felt SO sick i remembered WHY i dont do that anymore. much better to take it out on my treadmill!

So anyway i’ve realised how podgy im looking (and im feeling really fat atm aswell) and im seeing a friend for the first time in like 2 years this weekend. and its abit like “oh dearrrrrrr…!”

so im on the water alot this week, pumping some muscles, and not touching anything remotely unhealthy!!

Monday on snacking and SMALLER JEANS!?

Well i’ve been a little snacky this afternoon. nothing to major - lots of cold cooked veggies and some chicken, an orange and a cracker lol so nothing too naughty… however im gonna go small on portions for dinner this evening :)

I’ve also been walking round town for ages doing some shopping and burning some calories, and i found that i can fit into size (UK) 12 jeans! which is always nice. :) however i’m sticking with my 14s for now.. dont want any muffin tops!

 Off to my friends house tonight  (im lucky enough to have a best friend with a pool :P)

anyway i’m gonna try and get lots of ACTUAL swimming in, as we normally just sit in the jacuzzi or sauna gossiping !!

anyway i’ll catch up with yo uall tomorrorw … lots of love!

BS instead of Facebook to keep me sane!

Well, i havent been here for a really long time. I’ve had a REALLY hard time recently after the split with my boyfriend and half my friends going all crazy on me for not being around them (because hes with them) and they seeming still got annoyed even after i explained to them that i was not with them because i didn’t want to upset myself being around him!

 (btw..i had to watch harry make out with another girl at a party on friday night. it hurt. i got really upset. and i’ve decided i DONT want to be bothered by it ! )

but ANYWAY.

 i’m on abit of a mission. I’ve decided (partially after all you lot were telling me to focus on ME for a while) that that is what i’ll do. make ME better. make ME happy. and get my life on the track i want it to be on!

Being on BuddySlim is keeping my focus away from my friends/harry. (being on facebook means i start thinking about everything again)

so in the craziest way ever … BUDDYSLIM IS THE NEW FACEBOOK!

My Goals at the moment:

- work hard in school. i have 4 months till i leave and head towards uni. i want AAA in my A levels.
- get thinner. i want to knock off a stone before i go on holiday in the summer.
- work hard to work things out with my friends. and to allow myself to be in a better place mentally :)
