Day 1/40 complete!
Breakfast: Wholegrain Cereal w/ Milk
Lunch: low cal BLT sandwich, water
Dinner: stir fried veg with ham, apple, raspberry yoghurt.
Snacks: 2 crackers, 30kcal hot chocolate.

Im allowing myself Hot Chocolate (v. low cal stuff) as my one sweet treat
i also had 90mins of frisbee training so thats cool
Starting weight : 160 - however thats after eating loads last night.. we’ll see how things go
