7/40 need to kick it up a gear!

Today was pretty average.

Breakfast: Bagel with low fat spread. Orange Juice.
Lunch: Panini with chicken. 2 Apples. Apple juice.
Dinner: chicken kiev, small jacket potato, lots of veggies. Yoghurt.

Snacks: mini bread sticks (20kcals)

EXERCISE: 1 hr of frisbee training. good run about. :)

Want to kick it up a gear and make some more healthy choices. however im glad im still sticking to my lack of chocolate!
