8 was a total failure. biscuit binge TO THE MAX. not good at all.

decided to put it behind me.

and be better today.

Breakfast:Shreddies + milk
Lunch: Pasta + tomato sauce, apple, grapes
Dinner: Pasta w/ mushroom sauce

Snacks: Grapes, mouthful of my friends bagel. small piece of ham.

I’ve been struggling with snacking - just needing a taste of something. SO starting tomorrow SNACKS ARE BANNED.

no eating between meals what-so-ever. :)

This weekend im going to see my brother in Cambridge - havent seen him in months so im really excited!
BUT
we’re going out for a curry tomorrow night and having a big roast on sunday. Im just gonna lay off ALL snacks and get on with it.

If im really desperate I’ll eat apples or other fruit.

    u r looking great!!! r u sure u don’t want to have snacks? I hear they can maintain blood sugar at an even level.

    anyway, keep up the good work!!! u r so close to your GOAL!!!

    I would at least keep some healthy snacks, just throw out sweets. but you are doing great!

    Grab some salads with low calorie dressing too if you have a chance. You have done well so you know you can do it.
