I was really good over the weekend not snacking at all.
and as of today im back on my No-S plan for a while. to remind me that i dont need sugar or snacks.
im trying to reduce the amount i eat - and make my body remember that it really doesnt need loads of food! Get my body into the habit of only being hungry for 3 meals a day
