14/40 a good day:) + kicking up exercise for run in May
Today: No snacks. No Sweets. No chocolate (so far!) and im not gonna ruin it. its been a really good day!
Breakfast: streddies and milk
Lunch: Pasta, tomato sauce, banana
Dinner: not sure yet!
Snacks - Nothing!
I decided today that I need to kick up my running training as Im doing a 10k run in may and want to be able to do it with ease. (i could do it now but it’d be really painful!)
The plan:
Running: Monday and Thursday evenings. Saturday AND Sunday.
Lets hope i can kick it up and get into the 140s. that’d be a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Motivation: Leavers Ball Dress!

like fruits or veggies, or even string cheese.
It helps you not binge when you get to the next meal because you are so hungry..

Remember snacking healthy is good for you + never deny yourself food.
