15/40 (maybe?!)

Today = another good day!
Breakfast: Shreddies and milk
Lunch:Panini (although it did have ham and cheese on .. oops) Apple
Dinner: Pasta, mushroom sauce, yoghurt and banana.

Snacks: none! :D  AND i kicked up my exercise and actually went for my scheduled run today!

Chuffed :D
