15/40 (maybe?!)

Today = another good day!
Breakfast: Shreddies and milk
Lunch:Panini (although it did have ham and cheese on .. oops) Apple
Dinner: Pasta, mushroom sauce, yoghurt and banana.

Snacks: none! :D  AND i kicked up my exercise and actually went for my scheduled run today!

Chuffed :D

14/40 a good day:) + kicking up exercise for run in May

Today: No snacks. No Sweets. No chocolate (so far!) and im not gonna ruin it. its been a really good day!

Breakfast: streddies and milk
Lunch: Pasta, tomato sauce, banana
Dinner: not sure yet!

Snacks - Nothing!

 I decided today that I need to kick up my running training as Im doing a 10k run in may and want to be able to do it with ease. (i could do it now but it’d be really painful!)

The plan:

Running: Monday and Thursday evenings. Saturday AND Sunday.

 Lets hope i can kick it up and get into the 140s. that’d be a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Motivation: Leavers Ball Dress!

something / 40 lol .. lost track because i havent been on for a few days!

I was really good over the weekend not snacking at all.

and as of today im back on my No-S plan for a while. to remind me that i dont need sugar or snacks. :)

im trying to reduce the amount i eat - and make my body remember that it really doesnt need loads of food! Get my body into the habit of only being hungry for 3 meals a day :)

8 was a total failure. biscuit binge TO THE MAX. not good at all.

decided to put it behind me.

and be better today.

Breakfast:Shreddies + milk
Lunch: Pasta + tomato sauce, apple, grapes
Dinner: Pasta w/ mushroom sauce

Snacks: Grapes, mouthful of my friends bagel. small piece of ham.

I’ve been struggling with snacking - just needing a taste of something. SO starting tomorrow SNACKS ARE BANNED.

no eating between meals what-so-ever. :)

This weekend im going to see my brother in Cambridge - havent seen him in months so im really excited!
BUT
we’re going out for a curry tomorrow night and having a big roast on sunday. Im just gonna lay off ALL snacks and get on with it.

If im really desperate I’ll eat apples or other fruit.

7/40 need to kick it up a gear!

Today was pretty average.

Breakfast: Bagel with low fat spread. Orange Juice.
Lunch: Panini with chicken. 2 Apples. Apple juice.
Dinner: chicken kiev, small jacket potato, lots of veggies. Yoghurt.

Snacks: mini bread sticks (20kcals)

EXERCISE: 1 hr of frisbee training. good run about. :)

Want to kick it up a gear and make some more healthy choices. however im glad im still sticking to my lack of chocolate!

6/40 accountability and a crazy and painful occurance today!

i was sat in english today making notes … and a HUGE thick heavy plastic strip light cover FELL ON MY HEAD and nearly knocked me out! it hit me with such force that my head went forward and smacked the desk. everyone in my class thought i’d knocked myself out. but now i’ve got concussion and feel really really wierd!  but anyway … to food today… hahah

Breakfast: Bagel with low fat spread (yummyy!)

Lunch: pasta with tomato sauce, apple and some grapes

Dinner: Chicken and stir fried veg.  portion of trifle.

Snacks: a  bit of my super low cal and fat free apple cake in food tec because i had to try it to test it as part of my A level project which is annoying.

 so only one slip up today. (the trifle) im not worried about the cake coz theres nothing in it really, no fat and no sugar (only substitute)

no exercise today other than running round school quite alot.

Sorry i didnt get on over the weekend - i was playing a frisbee tounament - nationals and we came 4th in the country baby! awesome stuff.

wish we’d taken the title though!  

Anyways, over the weekend i was super good! and i was playing about 2 hours of Ultimate a day and therefore getting crazy loads of exercise in! and i ate well aswell! so s’all good!

Today i ran an international themed evenin at my youth group and ate a few snacks, but skipped the chocolate and sweets (As im off them for lent) which i was proud of and I’ll just be extra good tomorrow ;)

I just refused.

a DELICIOUS chocolate roularde and lemon cheesecake.

wayyy! first challenge COMPLETE.

I did have a couple of canape’s but stopped myself. :)

Day 2/40 :)

Successful. however i had a MASSIVE appetite today.. can anyone think of a reason why that might be? :\

Dinner: Kiev, jacket potato and lots of veg. little bit of cheese with 5 crackers.

not too bad. but im still abit hungry! whats wrong with me today?!

Breakfast: Wholegrain Cereal w/ Milk
Lunch: low cal BLT sandwich, water
Dinner: stir fried veg with ham, apple, raspberry yoghurt.

Snacks: 2 crackers, 30kcal hot chocolate.

 :)

Im allowing myself Hot Chocolate (v. low cal stuff) as my one sweet treat :)

i also had 90mins of frisbee training so thats cool :)

Starting weight : 160  - however thats after eating loads last night.. we’ll see how things go :)
